How it works


At New Life Supermarket, we consider it a priority to satisfy all our customers despite their location.

We have several methods through which our customers can shop and make payment. These include;


  • Open our website very friendly website and browse through our products, adding those you need to your basket.
  • Once you have added all your required items, click on the basket icon to view your basket and make sure you added the right quantities.
  • Once you are sure you have all the required items, proceed to checkout.
  • On the checkout page, you have the option to sign up or simply continue as a stranger.
  • There is also provision for you to give us delivery details which include a name, quarter and phone number for the recipient.
  • You will also have several payment options including MTN momo, Orange Money, Paypal, credit/debit card.
  • Once payment is made, you will receive an email with the details of your order.
  • We shall contact the recipient in less than an hour to make delivery arrangements.


  • Simply write to us on whatsapp or send us a text message with a list of your required items.
  • We shall respond with an invoice of all the items available and their various prices.
  • If you are happy, you can make payment by MTN Mobile money or bank transfer, quoting the reference we shall provide.
  • Your items will be packed immediately payment is made and delivered to your desired location.


  • Call us directly on our mobile number during working hours.
  • One of our customer service assistants will take your and give you a quote whilst on the phone.
  • You can then make payment by MTN mobile money on bank transfer.
  • Once payment is made, we’d pack your items and make delivery arrangements


  • Walk into our shop at commercial avenue, collect the items you need and pay to the cashier using cash or mobile money.
  • If you do not find any of your needs, let us know so we can contact you once it is back in stock.
