You do not need to book any appointment to pick up your order. Once your order is made it will be ready on the next working day for pick up any time between 9am and 4pm. Our normal working days are Tuesday to Saturday.
We consider our online department as a rescue mission, to help stop the spread of COVID 19. At the moment we mostly sell items that are necessary for day to day use. However, we have customers wish list where you can suggest products/services you would like us to offer. All suggestions will be taken into consideration.
If you do not wish to shop from the website, you can simply call us or send us a text or live chat message with the list of things you need. Upon pick up, all customers will need to present an ID card or Passport, and a reference number which will be sent to you when you place your order. In case you do not have an ID document, please inform our customers service in advance.
Of course, we do home and office delivery! At the moment we deliver to specific areas within Bamenda town. Please check to see that your address is eligible before selecting the delivery option. Alternatively, you can chat with us by clicking the live chat icon to know if we can deliver to your location.

It is not compulsory to have a mask on when visiting our shop. However, we strongly recommend wearing face masks so you can stay safe and keep our staff safe as well.
